Three topics to post today, all of them more insane than the other. Do mind that I haven't even touched a Coca Cola yet, so I have no idea where this madness came from. *g*
- I'm sitting here, on the veranda of my residence at the brink of insanity -- and I must tell you, the view is absolutely stunning -- and I find feeling like I wouldn't mind a bit of Batman/Jim Gordon fanfics, that are based on the Batman Begins-movie. Yes, you read right. I said I was at the brink of insanity, remember? *g* Anyways, has anyone got any recs (or know a place where I can find those)?
- Do you remember Wilson's long lost brother that was mentioned in 1x10 "Histories"? Do you also remember (if you knew me back then, that is) that I've always been a strong advocate of the theory that the brother "David" is/was a junkie, and that's the reason he cut off all ties to his family, save Wilson? Well, I've got a new shiny and sparkly theory; David is in fact a transsexual, and his family disowned him out of shame, and that's the reason he ran away. Wouldn't that be marvellous? *g* I think I need to write a ficlet with that idea, yes I do.
- I was up late last night (didn't fall asleep until two, I believe) and I spent most of the time alternating between writing down snippets of fanfiction and reading one of my favourite parts of Prisoner of Azkaban -- namely the one where Harry and Remus say goodbye. Now, I misread this:
"Why?" said Harry. "The Ministry of Magic don't think that you were helping Sirius, do they?"
It was probably because I was so tired that my vision was blurry, and because my madcap brain was allowed to run amok, but what I read was this:
"Why?" said Harry. "The Ministry of Magic don't think that you were sleeping with Sirius, do they?"
Obviously, I was taken aback and had to read the paragraph all over again. I was actually quite sad to see that I had misread. *g*
Okay, I shall shut up now. I think I'll go and dig out a coke from the fridge. *g*
