This is what happens when I read crack!fic, read all the comment threads to said crack!fic and am bored during the break for lunch.




Yes, it's sketchy. Yes, it's lame. Yes, it's so badly drawn that you can't even tell who the characters are. I apologise for all of this. My only excuse is that I had an overwhelming urge to draw James in full 1970's get-up (complete with bad hair, moustache, ugly plastic glasses and leisure suit) and Harry being horrified by it. The hair-monster that loom behind the photograph of James is supposed to be Lily, with early 80's hairdo. Sirius is rather blasé about it all (seeing he has been locked up in Azkaban for almost the entire 80's and the early 90's, this is probably how he remembers people).

Incidentally, I think I'm coming down with something; I've felt a bit ill for the last couple of days. I hope it will go away soon...

I had to use so much reference for James' look. Not for the face and the anatomical parts, but for the whole "70's look". I... can't belive people voluntarily looked like that. Then again, we don't dress much better nowadays either, do we?

Btw, one of my old teachers looked exactly like James, the horrible glasses included, which makes me laugh even more. *gg*

minnow_53 is beyond awesome; she is the queen of crack. And I love Five Times Remus's Moustache Isn't Mentioned In Canon, even if I am one of the seemingly few who adore David Thewlis as Remus.
